In the rare eventuality if you wish to exchange a product, please read our below policies -
Domestic Orders :
  1. An order is eligible for exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Return / Exchange is not accepted for orders with saree fall & edging services or readymade/stitched blouses
  3. Customers can initiate a return request on the following circumstance

  1. Customer has to raise a return request by sending an email to info@naarithva.com with the order details & the return reason. In case of damaged / incorrect item a photograph of the product, the price tag & the packing cover which got delivered is mandatory.
  2. Our support team will analyse the return request and approve the same. 
  3. Once a return is approved, the item has to be packed & shipped to the below address. ATTN: Naarithva, #3&4, ITI Layout, Deepa Complex Road, Nagarabhavi, Bengaluru - 560056. Contact # 9844126789
  4. The products must be returned in it's original condition, unaltered and unused. The price tag ( and the silk mark tag if applicable ) has to be present. The saree folding has to be intact.
  5. Reverse pick up is available for damaged / defective items / incorrect item for selected Pin codes.
  6. Onward logistic cost of Rs.80/- for each item will be charged on free shipping orders. 
  7. If the customer has opted for COD, then the COD charge is non-refundable
  8. Refund / gift card will be issued after receiving the item and approved by our quality assurance team. Refund amount/ Gift card will include only the cost of product. Any other cost incurred for the order by the company/ customer will not be refunded.
  9. Exchange can be done only once. Gift Card will have validity of 3 months from the date of issue. You can use the gift card to purchase any product available on our website.
  10. All the refunds will be credited to the same payment mode through which the order was paid. The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to credit from the date of initiation. 
  11. In case of any queries related to return or exchange, we advise you to call us at +91 9844126789 (Mon – Sat 11 am to 8.00 pm IST) If we fail to attend your call, we will ensure to revert back within 60 mins. Or email your query to info@naarithva.com

We do not accept returns for orders from countries outside India

Please note : 

  • Naarithva cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the saree/accessories after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning and care, and other normal wear and tear. 
  • If you have requested falls and pico, and/or saree tassle/blouse detachment services to your purchased saree, Exchanges are not permitted. 
  • All products bought at SALE/DEAL PRICE are not eligible for Exchange.
  • For any Paid Order cancellations done by the customer, a "5% PAYMENT GATEWAY & WEBSITE HANDLING" charge will be levied and has to be borne by the customer.
